After login, click the officer icons at the left column to retrieve contact information for responsible government officers.

Please answer a few short questions and provide valuable feedback on the facility after using our service.

Note:

Normally, the date of and comments on an action will be updated to the Licence Application Tracking Facility (ATF) within four working days after the action is taken by the concerned officers.
The information updated by the concerned officers will be posted to the ATF website on a daily basis and remains static during the days.
For the latest and detailed information about an application, please contact the Case Manager/Officer directly.
